  Hadleigh (6pts ) beat DBSL (0pts) by 5 wickets

Another poor performance from DBSL, when they again failed to even pick up a solitary point.

Forced to bat first, DBSL never really got going at all against some accurate Hadleigh bowling, who only bowled one wide in the innings.

After six overs, DBSL had only scored 25 and despite some recovery work by Dave Miller and Nigel Wallis, only 32 were added in the final six, to set a pathetic target of 57.

One Hadleigh wicket was taken early on, but with the numerous wides being bowled, Hadleigh only had to hit a few walls to win the match with four overs to spare. 22 in extras were conceded by DBSL and even if their batting had been twice as good ,they would still have lost with all the "freebies" going around.

To date this season DBSL have only played well in one of their four matches and a big improvement is expected in the next match against table toppers, Nacton.
